Battletoads has funky amphibian characters, weird robots, and various others in a unusual but nevertheless impressive cast. the game itself is challenging and its best that you try to time your attacks, though button-mashing tends to help at times as well. But on some levels, it isn't about mashing, but timing jumps and other moves to progress through a level. I completed Battle Toads in Battle Maniacs. The difficulty in this game, is friggin insane. A word of advice, DO NOT PLAY IF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! Graphics- 7/10 Crisp and clean though a little choppy Sound- 10/10 Some of the best music by fr on the SNES! Difficulty- 9001/10 Don't een try without years of practice How does it hold up? Well it's a classic beat'um up game, but when surrounded by games like halo and cod, it's good to try an old favorite. Just be prepared to die. Again. And again. And again.
