EAs Origin a big flop with purchases

originI have made a payment to Origin for some Bioware points. And upon the verification going through, the program crashes and $21.40 gets taken out of my paypal account but never got those points. I talked with their help representatives and they were not even helpful. More or less incompetent as hell and just made excuses with their slow replies and poor help. I asked for a refund and was even denied that as well and told to waste even another 21.40 for the same shit. Here are the logs for the whole mess for most to read and judge for themselves:

There you go. While its funny that EA is trying to compete with Valve and steam with this poor service as well as poor program just to get money, they even trained their dogs to pretty much lie as well as rush things in these helpings with copy and pasting the logs. Usually putting up with dickeries like this, I would just tell the jackass how incompetent he is and that I will not use this service again after this incident. And further reading the forums, others have had the same problems with the service as read here:

http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/8180803.page

Lesson learned. Never use a service without checking the forums first about stuff like this. Thank god I have ME3 on both pc and 360 and if I want to enjoy DLC, ill just stick to 360 thank you very much.
