Released in 1993 for the SNES and in 1994 for the Sega Master System. In this game, Zitz and the daughter of Psicone Industries' CEO have been captured and it's up to Rash and Pimple to save them from the Dark Queen's clutches. Different from the previous games, in this one each character has its own specific abilities and combos. The player 1 character, Pimple, is the powerhouse, big and with huge range with punches (like his aerial anvil-fist finisher), while the player 2 character, Rash, is nimble and smaller, fighting using kicking attacks (like his aerial battle axe finisher attack). Aside from cooperative play, a solo player is able to play as Rash by switching to the second controller.

Oh god yes!
After 6 years of trying, 6 years of pain, i've finally done it. I completed Battle Toads in Battle Maniacs. The difficulty in this game, is friggin insane. A word of advice, DO NOT PLAY IF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!
Graphics- 7/10 Crisp and clean though a little choppy
Sound- 10/10 Some of the best music by fr on the SNES!
Difficulty- 9001/10 Don't een try without years of practice
How does it hold up? Well it's a classic beat'um up game, but when surrounded by games like halo and cod, it's good to try an old favorite. Just be prepared to die. Again. And again. And again. And again.......
