I own and have beaten this game in single player, but on the PC, so I'd help with multi testing if you have the PC version.

One or two things to comment on.

First, you do not have to jack the car, simply drive close enough to it and it is like a jack, it's logged as found and can be used through easy drive.

Second, you can't change your shocks, it is Tires, Nitrous, Chassis, Body, and Transmission. Also the two mods per category besides tires which gives you re-inflating tires after collecting all the parts.

Third, you said genius cops, you forgot the EVIL part, also the wizard part. Evil Genius Wizard Police.

Otherwise I can't agree more with you about the joys of this game. The part that makes me sad is lack of PC friends who have it.

Also how they summon 'Missile' Police Corvettes that hit you going 180+MPH the moment you hit the next level of cop hell...those MPC's do try to pass staying in front to poop out spike strips! Split second reaction is needed, or just instantly swap into re-inflating tires or hit a gas station.
