If I have read correctly, all three of them. The PS3 version was updated first, while the Xbox and PC were (At the time of the writing) to be updated this afternoon.

i have had some freezing problems with the game. it this due to the update or something else?

The 1.2 Patch causes alot of issues and doesn't solve most of the ones it was intended to fix so it is recommended you NOT download it on any platform PC, 360, PS3. Yes there have been reported freezing problems from the patch.

I do know that there -are- problems with elemental resistances not working on PS3, fire destruction spells damaging a fire Atronach, a hell of a lot more than it should.
